Our class is designed to give you the basics for preparing great barbeque. The material includes:
How to choose the meats. Preparation of the different meat categories. Making your own signature rubs and sauces. The use of herbs and spices. Different types of cookers/smokers. The many tools and accessories used in cooking.

Deciding what to put in their own secret rubs
Classes run from 8:00 AM to about 4:00 PM
Lunch will be furnished on Saturday.
Students will be doing some meat preparing, but all Meats and Spices are furnished. After making your rub, it will be applied to the meat and cooked before you leave.
Students need to bring, paper towels, and a cooler.
$250 per person.
Prepaid enrollment requested. Entries close the Thursday before class, to allow the purchase of meats, so prepaying guarantees a spot in the class.
